456php Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights as a Player

Welcome to 456php, an online gaming platform licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and operated within the jurisdiction of the Republic of the Philippines. The following Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the 456php website, mobile platform, and any related services offered under the 456php brand.

The term "456php," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the 456php platform. The term "you," "player," or "user" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 456php platform in any capacity.

These Terms apply to all 456php products and services including, but not limited to, sports betting, sabong, bingo, boxing betting, esports betting, jackpot slots, and any promotional or bonus programs offered on the platform. By continuing to use 456php after any amendments to these Terms have been published, you accept the updated Terms in full.

456php is intended for entertainment purposes. While real Philippine Pesos (₱) are involved in deposits and withdrawals, the platform is a form of recreational gaming — not a guaranteed source of income. We encourage all players to treat 456php as entertainment and to set personal budgets accordingly.

To register and maintain an account on 456php, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine gaming law. 456php strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will request age verification documents at any point.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of placing bets or using real-money gaming features. 456php does not permit play from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under applicable Philippine laws. Players who are civil servants or government employees, judges, or other individuals specifically prohibited by law from participating in gaming are not eligible to register.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of 456php or its affiliated companies.

456php reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a government-issued Philippine ID such as a PhilSys ID, SSS card, driver's license, or passport — at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one 456php account. Creating, or attempting to create, multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any account balance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 456php login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account access with any other person. 456php will not be held responsible for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to secure your credentials.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact 456php support immediately at support@456php.net. 456php will investigate all reported cases of unauthorized access promptly and in good faith.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting 456php support. Upon closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player's registered payment method. Accounts enrolled in voluntary self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming program may not be reopened during the self-exclusion period.

456php reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account for any of the following reasons: suspected fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, failure to complete verification, suspected underage gambling, or upon direction from PAGCOR or other relevant Philippine government bodies.

456php accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (₱) only. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on the 456php platform:

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. 456php does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits made from an account belonging to another person will be returned and the relevant 456php account may be suspended pending investigation.

Players may request withdrawal of available funds from their 456php wallet at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the player's most recent deposit (same-source rule).
• Identity verification must be complete before the first withdrawal can be processed. Players who have not completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification will be unable to withdraw until they submit the required documents.
• Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within five minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.
• 456php reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000. These checks are typically completed within 24 hours.
• Bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only real-money balance and wagering-complete bonus winnings may be withdrawn.

456php does not charge withdrawal fees on our end. However, some banks and e-wallet providers may impose their own transaction fees on incoming transfers, which are outside 456php's control.

456php offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions posted on the respective promotion page, in addition to these general Terms. Where there is a conflict between the general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for that particular offer.

General bonus conditions that apply across all 456php promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be directly withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered within the stated validity period before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable.
• Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting, slots, and other game categories may have different contribution rates, which are specified on each promotion page.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless 456php explicitly states otherwise for a specific promotion.
• 456php reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Players who have already opted in and commenced wagering requirements will be given reasonable notice of any mid-promotion changes.
• Suspected bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting system errors, or coordinating bets to guarantee bonus-related winnings — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account closure.

All bets placed on 456php are subject to the platform's General Betting Rules as well as the specific rules applicable to each sport, game, or event category. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the relevant rules before placing a bet. By confirming a bet on 456php, the player accepts all applicable rules for that wager.

Key general betting rules at 456php include:

• Bets confirmed by the 456php system are final and binding except in cases where 456php determines the odds were published in error.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed beyond the result deadline stated for that market, or declared void for any reason, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the player's wallet.
• Minimum bet amounts vary by game and market type. Minimum sports bets start at ₱20 per selection. Minimum slot bets start at ₱1 per spin.
• Maximum win limits apply per event and per account. Specific limits are displayed on each market and in the account settings section of your 456php profile.
• In cases of obvious pricing errors — where odds have been published at levels significantly different from the true market price — 456php reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds. Players will be notified of void decisions via their registered email address.
• For live in-play betting markets, 456php may suspend markets at any time during an event. Bets already confirmed before suspension remain valid unless the underlying event is voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 456php platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to PAGCOR or relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or at any subsequent point, including using another person's identity.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or using more than one 456php account, either personally or in coordination with others.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or e-wallet provider for legitimate 456php transactions.
• Bonus Abuse: Any systematic exploitation of bonus programs including multi-accounting for bonus acquisition, coordinated wagering patterns designed to guarantee bonus extraction, or exploiting technical errors.
• Automated Betting: Use of bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with the 456php platform.
• Match-Fixing and Collusion: Any involvement in fixing the result of an event on which bets are offered on 456php, or any form of collusion between two or more players designed to exploit pricing or market errors.
• Money Laundering: Using the 456php platform for any money laundering purpose or in connection with any criminal activity. 456php complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act 9160, as amended) and its implementing rules.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to 456php by any person under the age of 21.

456php is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be an entertaining activity and should never negatively impact your financial wellbeing, relationships, or mental health. 456php shall not be liable to any player for losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: internet connectivity interruptions, server outages, third-party software failures, or force majeure events.

456php's total liability to any individual player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall be limited to the amount of the player's current wallet balance at the time the claim arises, except where Philippine law requires a higher standard of liability.

456php makes no guarantees regarding the outcome of any game or bet. All games of chance involve inherent risk of financial loss. Players participate at their own risk and with full awareness that winning outcomes are not guaranteed.

While 456php takes all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of odds and game outcomes, the platform cannot be held liable for typographical errors or system errors that result in incorrect odds or results being displayed, provided that 456php corrects such errors promptly upon discovery and notifies affected players.

456php collects, processes, and stores player personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and the implementing regulations of the National Privacy Commission. By registering on 456php, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the 456php Privacy Policy.

Key data practices at 456php include:

• Personal data is collected only for purposes directly related to account management, identity verification, payment processing, responsible gaming, and regulatory compliance.
• 456php does not sell player personal data to third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the Presidential Decree No. 1869 (PAGCOR Charter), Republic Act No. 9487, the Electronic Commerce Act of 2000 (Republic Act 8792), the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001, as amended.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your 456php account, or your use of the platform shall first be referred to the 456php internal dispute resolution process. If the matter cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days of formal complaint, it shall be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism before any judicial proceedings are commenced.

By using 456php, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for any matters that proceed to formal legal proceedings.

456php reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where urgent changes are required for regulatory compliance or security reasons, in which case changes may take immediate effect.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. By continuing to use the 456php platform after any amendments have been communicated, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept any changes, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the changes.

It is your responsibility as a 456php player to review the Terms and Conditions periodically for updates. 456php recommends checking this page at least once per quarter or whenever you receive a terms update notification.
